Newflex have partnered with Serendipity Labs, one of the fastest growing upscale workspace brands in the U.S., to officially open Serendipity Labs Manchester Exchange Quay – a premier 24,000 sq. ft flexible workplace across all five floors of the landmark 7 Exchange Quay in Manchester this November.
