In FY25, we became one of the few flexible workspace operators in the UK with 100% of our sites GreenMark certified, confirming our commitment to operating responsibly and efficiently. Our teams across the country have worked tirelessly to deliver meaningful progress — including a 3% reduction in energy use, a 2% drop in carbon emissions, and the introduction of a tailored Environmental Management System across all 26 locations.
