Having established a local network of three business centres in Nottingham, the owner/operator found the day-to-day running of the buildings to be a distraction from the core business. Complex compliance requirements including health & safety, HR, building control and technology challenges resulted in the decision to seek a specialist management company to step and undertake full control of the portfolio with the aim of maximising financial returns.
